  • Apply a cold compress
  • Expect swelling & bruising
  • Take TYLENOL for mild pain
  • Avoid hot tubs & saunas for 24 hours
  • Keep hydrated


DON'Ts

  • Massage unless instructed
  • Remain in the sun for 72 hours
  • Apply makeup for 12 hours
  • Consume alcohol for 24 hours
  • Smoke for 12 hours
  • Exercise for 24 hours

DO's

  • Expect a mild headache
  • Be patient, full results take 10-14 days
  • Schedule a follow-up appointment
  • Avoid hot tubs & saunas for 24 hours

  • Manipulate face for 2 weeks
